Do you need access to my live store?
I investigate with logs and a staging copy wherever possible. I don't test on live production, and fixes are released only after you approve them.
Can you fix a bug left by another developer or agency?
Yes. Most of my work is on codebases other people started. I read the existing code first and fix the cause without rewriting what works.
Is the first fix really free?
Yes. Send me one bug or module conflict that takes up to two hours, and I'll fix it on staging at no cost.
